This autobiography was written, primarily, to pass on to my children and grandchildren a vision of what life was like back in the "stone age" -- the olden days before everyone had a telephone in their pocket. I can't say my life was exceptional, but it has been a lot of fun to write about it, even when including the heartaches along the way.
