Dr. Rosemond's informative book for coaches deals with the often overlooked causes and effects of stress on coaches of all sports and levels from middle school to professionals and candidly relates from years of first-hand experience proper ways to deal with the difficulties faced by the coach in today's ever-changing, perplexing world.
