The genesis of this book is tied to the completion of my father's book (Faking Honesty by Marduk Alkhas) sometime in June of 2012. By that time I was deeply engaged in my own personal readings on various topics such as art history and politics as a byproduct of the research I had been doing to complete the unfinished manuscript.
