Die Reform der Betriebsverfassung aus dem Jahre 2001 fuhrte zu zahlreichen Anderungen im dem bis dato geltenden Normengefuge. Zu den wenigen auch aus dogmatischer Sicht innovativen Neuerungen zahlt die Aufnahme der Arbeitsgruppe in den Kanon der betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Institutionen.
