This is a work of contemporary fiction; an adventure. Sam Winter lives in Mendocino, California with her parents. She has been invited out to Croatia for a short vacation by her pen friend, Tomislav Petrovic. Whilst sitting in a restaurant having refreshment, he overhears a conversation from a group of men at the next table; something about a bank robbery. As the group disperse, one of them drops a sheet of paper that turns out to be the plan of a bank building and details on how they plan to rob it. Sam and Tomislav take their evidence to the police.
