The bureaucracy of Bangladesh follows the Weberian model of bureaucracy which is characterized by strict rules and regulation in carrying out the task and involving impersonal decisions in the affairs of the Republic, however, by going through the newspapers highlighted in the newspaper it is seen that the government has been very much reluctant in conforming with rules and regulations especially in issues involving recruitment, promotion & transfer.
