The author gives a survey of the measures proposed and realized by him in the Netherlands in order to promote regional industrialisation under conditions, that the founded industries suit in the economic politics of the government of the country. The results of the economic and technological institutes founded to obtain this target are discussed in showing the results of one of those institutes founded in the province of Limburg.
