This book contains information about cross-sectional study on Salmonella from food items and personnel from Addis Ababa supermarkets. Supermarket food items that included chicken carcass, minced beef, mutton, pork, cottage cheese, fish and ice cream as well as stool samples from personnel working around these foods were analyzed for Salmonella.
