Present research work embodies the different methods of Jatropha propagation by using seed germination, stem cutting and tissue culture methods. The extracts of leaf, stem and roots of Jatropha curcas L. were screened in order to study their effects on plant pathogenic fungi, plant pathogenic bacteria and human pathogenic bacteria. Interestingly antibacterial and antifungal nature of plant extracts have been noted.
