I can't cook, at least not yet. So people often remark "How can you write a cookbook if you can't cook." Well, when I look at a recipe it seems like it's written in Martian which I don't understand at all. I reasoned that established cooks already speak the cooking language and thinks everyone else understands what they are advising. But we non-cooks don't.
