This series consists of two complementary volumes. The second volume of this work contains biographical sketches of the 1,456 known immigrants who came to Quincy from M nsterland. It includes individuals who were either born in or immigrated from M nsterland to Quincy; a few individuals not born in the district of M nster; and a handful of immigrants who lived in nearby communities, such as LaGrange, Missouri, or Brown County, Illinois.
