After suffering with recurring cystitis for 20 years I have found that it has revealed a hidden message to me that I believe others need to hear. It is my intention to help women overcome cystitis and begin to heal just as I have. By sifting through our thoughts and belief patterns many things can be revealed and by reading this book and applying its message you will be taken through a journey of self discovery.

This book has come to you from God, from the Almighty God within me. There is a lot of content in this book, at first I thought I would just publish the verses that came to me through meditation, but then I decided that it would be nicer for you to understand the motivation that brought me to the contents. The words were written over many years and so therefore much of the content changes, as my own mind, life and spirit changes. I am the vessel which my soul has used to express itself and the following is part of my journey.
