Interment tells the story of four college friends who form a backpacking club. Each year they gather to lay out maps of National parks and Forest lands, to choose the most remote spot, furthest from civilization, for their annual Summer Solstice trip. They've enjoyed these excursions for several years, until one year, everything changes. A mystery, a murder, and a strange conspiracy theory emerge out of their innocent annual outing.
