Dr. Didier VAKOMBUA LUSUMBU LUA KANDA, was born in Boma, in the province of Bas - Congo, in Democratic Republic of Congo (ex Zaire). He is the son of Joseph Vakombua Zamela Tekadiomona, train engineer and big cattle breeder, and Helene Mabengi Buema, both Protestant Christians of the Baptist Community of Congo (CBCO).
