The Theory of Fat Loss is not like any other exercise book on fat loss. Fat loss books are usually written to suggest that one follow a specific exercise program. This approach does little to empower the reader to be successful without the book. In addition, the majority of the pages in these books are geared towards teaching the reader how to execute the program. The books are full of exercise pictures and descriptions and workout charts. Far less time is spent explaining the theory behind why the programs and exercises work. That approach is perfectly fine, but we do not need another book...
