Col. Oscar Poole is the highly successful owner, along with his wife, Edna, of Col. Poole's Georgia Bar-B-Q, Inc. Located 75 miles north of Atlanta on Hwy. 515 in the little town of East Ellijay, it is home to the Taj-Ma-Hog, the Hog Rock Cafe and the world famous Pig-Hill-of-Fame.
