There are so many things in my life right now that I am trying to accomplish. Each day is packed with plans and "to do" lists. Trying to stay organized and focused is a major concern for me. But wait, what am I focusing on? Is it me and my life or is it God? Remembering to keep God in sight should be my number one concern, my focus. Surrendering my will to God is what I should be doing. Keeping my focus on God and trusting in Him, I can be sure all will go much more smoothly and work out for the best. Sirach 51:6-8 "I was at the point of death; my soul was nearing the depths of the nether world. I turned every way, there was no one to help me. I looked for One to sustain me, but could find no one. But then I remembered the mercies of the Lord, His kindness through ages past. For He saves those who take refuge in Him." God knows us; He knows us deep within our very heart and soul. Everyone wants to be happy, feel good and be in a positive place. Have you ever heard the sayings, "rejoice and be glad," or "happiness will never come to those who fail to appreciate what they already have"? Proverbs 25: 11 "Like golden apples in silver settings are words spoken at the proper time." In my moments of prayer I have taken my thoughts of inspiration and written them down. As I go through each day I can reflect on my thoughts, and see how God is working in my life. It is so wonderful to know that God is guiding me on the path with Him and even more so, to see what He is accomplishing in my life. These are my reflections. I hope they will inspire you to spend time with God and renew your walk with Him.

We all still have our inner child deep within us. You only need to release and allow yourself to experience your inner purity to see things through the eyes of a child. All things new, all the adventure and wonder known to a child as they look at the world through innocent eyes. I read an article about being a writer; about how writing can sometimes make you crazy and plunge you into the depths of despair; but that most times, it will bring you unsurpassed joy, and drive you to great efforts you never imagined yourself capable of.
