In my healing practice, I enjoy taking complicated spiritual concepts and compressing them into a one-page handout. I have discovered that in helping others awaken that it is often the reviewing of a small, manageable bit of information, followed by much repetition, which enhances the journey. This book is a collection of such short writings.
