Senior Democrats at the White House, the State Department and the CIA concoct a plan to curb international media criticism of the President and U.S. foreign policy. Two women, a political columnist for the Washington Times and her friend, a computer specialist at the State Department discover the plot and contact Matt Maloney, Head of the Counter-Terrorist Branch of the FBI.
