Born from tragedy and possessing the ability to see memories and thoughts from those around him, Snowy has chosen Tommy as his companion. With these gifts, both seek to discover the world around them. Unfortunately, their journey takes a dark turn when a killer crosses their path and begins hunting for them... and will stop at nothing in order to possess both child and cat.

Tommy and his family continue to recover from their ordeal with a madman having brought so much hardship to their lives, but as an incident takes place near his school, it becomes evident that their lives have far to go before they can move forward and Tommy must come to terms with his gifts and responsibilities before he can confront the storm of nightmares growing stronger and fuled by the Ripples of Mind.
