Neem oil and seed extract @ 1%, 2% and 3% were compared with chloropyrifos for the control of H. armigera on tomato. Minimum No. of eggs were recorded in neem oil 3%, and larvae in chloropyrifos, but both were high in control plot. Maximum yield was recorded in neem seed extract 2%, followed by neem seed extract 1% and 3%, but it was lower in control plot. Six genotypes of Tea Camellia sinensis L. i.e., Indonesian, Sri Lankan, Ruopi, Qi men, Chuye & Japanese were tested at NTRI during 2008, for 8 qualitative & 12 quantitative characters.
