The Video Game Archeologist is a magazine style publication that is dedicated to keeping the memory of the golden age of gaming alive. During the 8 and 16-Bit era there were over 2,500 games released, yet most people would be hard pressed to name five that don't include "Mario, Sonic, or Final Fantasy" in the title.
