In many empirical studies optical motion capturing systems have been used for the kinematic analysis of multi-body systems and motion analysis in competitive sports. The 3D marker coordinates have been calculated from image coordinates of the camera views. Dr. Abbas Meamarbashi received PhD in Sports Biomechanics in the University Science Malaysia (USM). Currently he is assistant professor in the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. He is head of department of Sport Science and Physical Education. His field of interest is sport biomechanics, sport engineering, physical activity and sport nutrition.
