The purpose of the book is to provide clinicians of varying backgrounds (pediatricians, otolaryngologists and head and neck surgeons) a complete, but concise review of the congenital malformations of the head and neck. The format of the chapter will be standardized to include a section on embryology, then descriptions of the common malformations, divided into subsections for each problem (Definition, History, Incidence, Heredity, Etiology, Associated Conditions, Clinical Features, Diagnosis and Treatment).
