Using a qualitative approach Aboriginal
youth discovered empowerment through photo novella by
examining and reflecting on their leadership experiences.
Visual stimuli was used to facilitate conversations and
engage the youth in telling their stories. In their own
unique voice, the youth shared their motivation, momentum,
