This publication contains two reports. The first one Undue Process: An Examination of Detention and Trials of Bagram Detainees in April 2009 provides personal accounts of former detainees held by the U.S. military in the Bagram Theater Internment Facility in Afghanistan. The report describes how they were captured, treated in U.S. custody, what they know about the grounds for their detention, and whether they were able to challenge their detention.
