With this publication, a critical edition of 'Wigamur', a 13th -century Arthurian romance is made available to a wider reading public for the first time. The edition provides a linguistically standardised text which has been cleared of obvious errors, and to which is appended a translation into Modern German and a textual commentary. In addition, the book contains a detailed introduction and a comprehensive collection of illustrations.
