Over a decade, the DVB-T system has been widely used
for transmission of terrestrial DTV programs. A
complete set of field measurement and analyzing
scheme is essential for verifying if the DTV signals
are effectively received by local consumers. Without
such criteria, severe impact would arise on the
development of DTV industry, especially in the areas
where topographic and geographic conditions are too
complicated to allow effective reception of DTV
