What acknowledgements really matter? Overused expressions such as Thank You and Sorry have left us naive and vulnerable. When do we ever here these words when we truly need them?, or when may they serve the true purpose for which they were intended? Bank machines and recorded operators are very eloquent and sincere with issuing these statements. People however, are not.
