This is the first internet-created collaborative project where hundreds of individuals communicated their ideas and concerns which were then transformed into poetry and story-plays for publication by the author; real people, their thoughts and concerns as we move into the Obama Age. Hicks in this large volume does a masterful job in blending his own views and sentiments with those of his correspondents. The result is documentation of an age in artistic form.
