Die Arbeit stellt die Entwicklung der Judikatur zu den verschiedenen Garantenstellungen dar und untersucht, ob ein einheitlicher Verlauf feststellbar ist. Aus diesem Grunde wird zunachst eine Hypothese entwickelt, die auf das solidarische Element bei den unechten Unterlassungsdelikten und den Bedeutungszuwachs von Solidarpflichten im Wandel der gesellschaftlichen Systeme abstellt.
