Timmy is a little boy about to turn five years old; he is a child with quite an imagination. Because he has had a number of overblown touchy experiences outside, he builds up a terrible fear of the 'great outdoors' and everything that it involves. Lying in his bed on the night before his birthday Timmy does some self-reflecting about his age and his state of maturity. Coincidentally a shooting star goes by and Timmy makes a wish.
