Through an extraordinarily long case study Marion Tzui Yang examined the legal system in Taiwan since Chinese National Party ruled the island. Co-authored with Anxi, this book depicts a story of a native man who has challenged the system for 30 year, defending his basic human rights as well as that of the others along the way. His experience affords us a critical insight on how the system works and remedies on how to fight corruptions within the legal system.
