This book of poetry I wrote while I was in high school. I would carry around a purple notebook and write in it. I would write my thoughts, ideas, how I was feeling. I never set out to write poems its just something that seemed to happen and before I knew it my notebook was filled. Since then I have written a lot of poems. Lost and Found is the follow up to my first book of poetry Poems from my Purple Notebook. My first book I wrote while I was in high school, this book picks up where the last one left off, college. I titled this book Lost and Found because I would write on many random pieces of paper and notebook pages. After a while I lost track of some and forgot about them and where I put them. Then while in the process of moving I found the book that I tucked them away in. What I thought I had lost was now found.
