This story sets here on the lands, where I live and walk on the very grounds where the Hatfield and McCoy feud happened. Three Forbidden Sons is a story set back in the early 1900s, during the birth of the union of the coal mines and surrounding the battle of the Matewan massacre. Not only were there many disagreements with the Detectives and the City officials, but the families here in the outskirts of the small town of Matewan, West Virginia were also having troubles amongst themselves.
