Zunachst werden die Grundlagen der logischen Programmierung erarbeitet und ein spezielles Grundmodell deduktiver Datenbanken definiert. Es folgt die schrittweise Erweiterung dieses Grundmodells um Datenbankkonzepte wie Anfrageauswertung, Integritatsprufung und Anderungsbearbeitung.
