Because Catholic doctrine about homosexuality is contradictory and fundamentally
homophobic, some lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer
(LGBTQ) teachers find themselves having to deny their sexuality and resort to
hiding in a metaphorical Catholic "closet" when teaching in Canadian Catholic
