Emma Jean and her cousin, Haley, are so excited when their grandmother, Jean Hall, invites them along on a vacation to the resort, Chico Hot Springs in Montana. While their grandmother works on an article she is writing for a travel magazine, Emma and Haley enjoy a natural hot springs pool and horseback riding in the mountains. Their new friend, Josh, tells them stories of a resident ghost that lives in the old hotel. But then, strange things begin to happen around the resort.
