The book has originated from all the e-mails I have received since joining the internet revolution. I started off just saving them in a word document to read later and found I never had the time to catch up, so I just kept saving and saving. After a few years the word document was too big to save on a floppy disk, so I decided to transfer them to a cd-rom, then had the idea of publishing them.
