"Spice Island Breeze" is the story about a guy, named Richard, who at one time in his life was hurt by a friendship. Growing up on the island of Grenada, in the West Indies, most people are friendly. There was never a need to look to far for friends. When he immigrated to the United States of America, he realized that for years he didn't even know his closest neighbor.

One day while returning to his homeland, Grenada, he met a gentleman, named John, on board his flight. He started talking to Richard, who was reluctant to respond, because of past encounters with people in the United States....

"Twelve Degrees North" is the story of a country and its people, as seen through the eyes of one of its sons, Richard John. The story of a country and a young man's life, it recounts how his life was affected in one way or another, by the events that happened in his country, from his early childhood to his adult life. It tells o f the changes from the early settlers to the American intervention in nineteen eighty-three. It's a special documentation of one's love for his country, and what his nation is all about.
