The news from Israel seems unremittingly grim. Two peoples caught in an increasing spiral of violence, determined by their history, unable to break it. Nowhere is the violence worse than in the Valley of Jezreel, the home of suicide bombers, the historical Valley of Armageddon. But in this valley there is also a beacon of hope, a Medical Centre where Jews and Palestinians work side by side to save anyone who comes, whether child, soldier or terrorist. These moving stories show that change happens in the heart, and when the heart changes, so can the country.
