There were studied the characteristics of spontaneous and induced chromatin restructuring of neutrophilic granulocytes of peripheral blood in healthy people and patients with various diseases. It was found that the levels of the restructurization of nucleus chromatin of neutrophilic granulocytes were differ in healthy people and in patients with different variants of pathologies.
