Once upon a time, during the Great Depression, a ten year old boy comes to a tiny Welsh mining village in the mountains of western Pennsylvania. There he is confronted by creatures he never believed existed: a ghost, elves, a tiny red dragon (the Royal Dragon of Wales), and a mischievous Tylwyth Teg (Welsh troll).
