A fictional story set against a historically accurate background. Karen a flight attendant meets and falls for a U.S. Army Major while flying from Manila to Hawaii in early December 1941. The Major believes a high ranking Japanese Officer, named Shigata is on board as well. "Why?" he wonders. The love affair is quickly diverted when they follow Shigata to a house on Keeaumoku Street. Things get desperate for the Major when Karen disappears and he is investigating Shigata and the house on Keeaumoku Street. The attack on Pearl Harbor begins.
