Christians are hearing the call to simple truth. The call to discard the superfluous, dig under dead traditions and uncover what God is really trying to tell us. In most of Christendom the symbols of the uncovered head of man and the covered head of woman have been completely forgotten. And where these symbols are still practiced, their meaning has faded away. But what if these symbols have potential to strengthen both individual Christians and the functioning church?
