This is the third edition of the European Workshop on Microelectronics Education (EWME). A steady-state regime has now been reached. This volume contains the contributions presented at the 3rd European Workshop on Microelectronics Education. They give an overview of current initiatives in Europe (and beyond) on innovation in microelectronics and microsystems teaching.
