David Grubb has published novels, poetry and short stories. He has been a creative writing tutor at Reading University, Norden Farm Arts Centre and the River and Rowing Museum, Henley on Thames. He also runs a mentoring scheme for individual writers. Much of his writing has been founded on an understanding of rural life and values and more recently by his experience of extreme poverty and human conflict as an aid worker in Rwanda, Bosnia, Albania and Kosovo.
