This work explores the competition for jobs between different Latin American immigrant groups in the US economy. While it has been widely established that many Cuban immigrants have found economic success in Miami and New Jersey, no previous work has examined the impact of this Cuban success on the well-being of Mexicans, Nicaraguans, Columbians, and other Central and South Americans in the United States.
