And yet, to be successful in either of these two arenas demands many of the same characteristics: strong moral character, technical competence, honesty, integrity, responsible and decisive action, emotional stability, astute judgment of men and situations, excellent communication skills, innovative thought processes and a broad perspective. I heartily recommend Harold Miller's book, as it addresses all these issues as they pertain to any prospective entrepreneur.
