It is 2019 and Los Angeles is in the grip of terror as rival gangs fight over the lucrative e-drug trade. A ruthless drug lord attempts to use a new type of e-drug to turn Kung Fu instructor John Blake into an assassin, but instead he becomes a one-man army who gives the city's villains the fight of their lives.
